Bridges

Bridge 4321 (Hamilton Avenue Bridge)

• Roadway work at approaches to Hamilton Avenue Bridge
• Pave eastern portion of bridge deck (night work)
• Shift traffic onto eastern bridge deck (night work)

Bridge 6590 (Future EB 23 on-ramp, east of Hamilton Avenue Bridge)

• Pave bridge deck and ramp

Bridge 1226 (Harpers Ferry Road Bridge)

• Continue demolition of former Harpers Ferry Road Bridge over former I-84
• Continue to demolish existing EB 25 off-ramp bridge deck
• Begin demolition of structural steel from EB 25 off-ramp bridge

Bridge 6591 (Future WB 25 on-ramp, west of Harpers Ferry Road)

• Form and pour stems and wingwall abutment 2, and backfill

Bridge 1228 (Scott Road Bridge which will be renamed the Najla G. Noujaim
Memorial Bridge)

• Form and pour abutments 1 and 2 stems and wing walls
• Backfill abutments
• Accept delivery of girders for Stage 2 steel erection (western portion of bridge)

Culverts

Culvert 3727 (Beaver Pond Brook under Harpers Ferry Road, north of I-84)

• Prep water handling, excavate, and fill with granular material

Retaining Walls

Retaining Wall 109 (East of WB 25 off-ramp)

• Excavate footing

Retaining Wall 119 (Along south side of future Plank Road East, adjacent to WB I-84)

• Pave Plank Road East between interim 25 off-ramp and culvert 1227 – under I-84, east of Harpers Ferry Road)

Retaining Walls 102 and 103 (On both sides of future EB 23 on-ramp)

• Pave ramp (night)

Local Roads

Harpers Ferry Road

• Detour and closure between Reidville Drive to Plank Road, June 25 to August 26

Future Plank Road East

• Install sound barrier wall foundation

I-84 Mainline

I-84 WB (along WB 25A on-ramp, and westward)

• Install posts and panels for sound barrier wall

Miscellaneous work project-wide

• Install camera foundations
• Install permanent signalization at Hamilton Avenue and Scott Road

Night Work

One-lane closures possible between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM, Sunday through Friday nights

• Paving Hamilton Avenue Bridge and EB 23 on-ramp
• Shift traffic onto eastern portion of Hamilton Avenue Bridge

Waste Stockpile Area (WSA)/Temporary Reuse Stockpile Area (TRSA)

Trucking of controlled materials from WSA on Route 322 at Exit 28 to disposal facility (ongoing); Trucking excavated material to TRSA at Exit 30 WB.
