Bridges

Bridge 4321 (Hamilton Avenue Bridge)

• Install waterproof membrane on bridge deck
• Form and pour parapets
• Roadway work at approaches to Hamilton Avenue Bridge

Bridge 6590 (Future EB 23 on-ramp, east of Hamilton Avenue Bridge)

• Install waterproof membrane on bridge deck

Bridge 1226 (Harpers Ferry Road Bridge)

• Demolish existing bridge
• Demolish existing EB 25 off-ramp bridge, or the following week

Bridge 6591 (Future WB 25 on-ramp, west of Harpers Ferry Road)

• Form and pour stems and wingwall abutment 2
• Mad River relocation

Bridge 1228 (Scott Road Bridge which will be renamed the Najla G. Noujaim
Memorial Bridge by Public Act 17-230 section 34)

• Form and pour abutments 1 and 2 stems and wing walls
• Backfill abutments

Culverts

Culvert 1227 (Under I-84, east of Harpers Ferry Road)

• Set wingwalls and headwalls

Retaining Walls

Retaining Wall 115 (South side of future WB 25 on-ramp, west of Harpers Ferry Road)

• Rig and set concrete blocks

Retaining Walls 102 and 103 (On both sides of future EB 23 on-ramp)

• Grade; install subbase material and tie-in with EB 23 on-ramp bridge

Local Roads

Harpers Ferry Road

• Detour and closure between Reidville Drive to Plank Road, June 25 to August 26

Future Plank Road East

• Install sound barrier wall foundation

I-84 Mainline

WB 25 off-ramp (former off-ramp to Scott Road)

• Water work and habitat enhancement in Beaver Pond Brook

I-84 WB (along WB 25A on-ramp, and westward)

• Install posts and panels for sound barrier wall

Miscellaneous work project-wide

• Install camera foundations
• Install permanent signalization at Hamilton Avenue and Scott Road
• Install sewer through I-84 at Harpers Ferry Road

Night Work

One-lane closures possible between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday nights
No lane closures Tuesday or Wednesday nights this week

• Miscellaneous work, including barrier moves, project-wide

Waste Stockpile Area (WSA)/Temporary Reuse Stockpile Area (TRSA)

Trucking of controlled materials from WSA on Route 322 at Exit 28 to disposal facility (ongoing); Trucking excavated material to TRSA at Exit 30 WB.
