Bridges

Bridge 4321 (Hamilton Avenue over I-84)

• Form and pour pedestals for pier and abutment
• Begin steel delivery and prep
• Erect support towers

Bridge 1224 (I-84 over Mad River, western crossing)

• Backfill abutment 2 to backwall
• Continue setting structural steel and bolting at diaphragms and field splices

Bridge 5774 (Future I-84 over Mad River eastern crossing)

• Drive cofferdam abutment 2 and excavate
• Rebar, form and pour backwalls abutment 1

Bridge 6284 (Future EB Exit 25 off ramp over Mad River)

• Form and pour backwalls abutment 1 and footing abutment 2

Bridge 1226 (Harpers Ferry Road over I-84)

• Form and pour abutment 1 footing

Retaining Walls

Retaining Wall 101 (along I-84, east of WB Exit 23 off ramp)

• Continue to set blocks and backfill

Retaining Wall 104 (south of EB 23 on ramp)

• Form and pour moment slab

Retaining Wall 105 (along Harpers Ferry Road)

• Install railing

Retaining Wall 109 (along I-84, east of WB Exit 25 off ramp)

• Form and pour leveling pad

Retaining Wall 110 (along I-84, east of EB 25 on ramp)

• Install concrete cap

Retaining Wall 111 (along I-84 WB, west of Pierpont Rd.)

• Set remaining parapet

Retaining Wall 113 and 114 (along both sides of future EB 25 off ramp)

• Install concrete cap

• Form and pour barrier wall east of Scott Road between Retaining Walls 109 and 111

Median reconstruction WB Hamilton Avenue to Washington Street

• Pave median

I-84 EB (Scott Road vicinity)

• Cut and fill to subgrade

I-84 EB 23 off ramp (along east side of Hamilton Avenue exit)

• Prep work for noise barrier wall

Sewer Work

I-84 Exit 25 WB off ramp – Scott Rd/Beaver Pond Brook

• Excavate and place new sanitary sewer pipe

Local Roads

Reidville Drive

• Sewer/water main and gas work at Culvert 003 (just east of rock cut)
• Install junction chambers for Culvert 003
• One lane closed intermittently with alternating traffic
• Excavation and trucking of materials
• Utility work

Scott Road (Culvert 014 at Scott Road south of WB 25 off ramp)

• Restripe for stage construction
• Excavate and install TERS

Plank Road

• Gas main work

Plank Road East

• Form and pour wing wall leveling pad

Rock Blasting

• Rock blasting to occur along Reidville Drive. When I-84 needs to be stopped for safety reasons, blasting will occur on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9:30AM and 11:30AM. When no traffic stoppage on I-84 is required blasting may occur Monday through Friday from 9:00AM – 3:00PM.
• Traffic stoppages on Hamilton Ave., Harpers Ferry Road and Reidville Drive to be implemented at time of blasts for safety reasons.

Waste Stockpile Area (WSA)/Reuse Stockpile Area (RSA)

• Trucking of controlled materials from WSA on Route 322 at Exit 28 to disposal facility (ongoing).
• Trucking excavated material to RSA at Exit 30 WB
