The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that construction activities related to the reconstruction of I-84 requires the permanent closing of the I-84 Westbound Exit 24 Off Ramp on April 22, 2015 at 11:00pm.
Detour signs will be posted to assist motorists through this area.
Detour: I-84 Westbound Exit 25 Scott Road, left onto Scott Road, right onto Reidville Drive, right onto Harpers Ferry Road.
Future direct access to Harpers Ferry Road from I-84 westbound will be provided via the extension of Plank Road between Scott Road and Harpers Ferry Road. This will be completed in 2019.
