I-84 EB/WB – Temporary illumination exit 23 off ramp near Retaining Wall 112
I-84 median Harpers Ferry Road to Austin Road – Excavation, drainage, install lighting conduit, reconstruction of inside shoulders (night)

WB 23 off ramp

Construct new WB 23 off ramp (north of existing ramp)

Bridges

Bridge 4321 (Hamilton Avenue over I-84)

• Continue construction of north abutment, stem and wing walls (western portion)
• Construct temporary earth retaining system for south abutment and southern pier
• Excavate and hammer rock EB 23 off ramp west of Hamilton Ave.

Bridge 5774 (new I-84 over Mad River – eastern crossing)

• Complete cofferdam
• Complete excavation for abutment 1

Bridge 6284 (EB 25 off ramp over Mad River)

• Drive pile for foundation at abutment 1

Bridge 1226 (Harpers Ferry Road over I-84)

• Utility relocations
• Harpers Ferry Road detour for excavation

Bridge 1224 (I-84 western crossing over Mad River)

• Begin demolition of existing superstructure

Retaining Walls

Retaining Wall 104 construction (south of EB 23 on ramp)
Retaining Wall 112 construction (along EB 23 off ramp)

Local Roads

Plank Road

• Place preset box culvert sections at Structure 5668 which carries Mad River under Plank Road
• River relocations south of Plank Road Culvert
• Detour in place between Harpers Ferry Road and White Oak Lane

Reidville Drive

• One lane closed intermittently with alternating traffic
• Excavation and trucking of materials

Jacking of Sewer Pipe Under I-84

Continue jacking of new sewer pipe under I-84, east of Hamilton Avenue.

Rock Blasting

• Rock blasting to occur west of Hamilton Avenue, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday intermittently between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM.
• Rock blasting to occur along Reidville Drive, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday intermittently between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM.
• Traffic stoppages on I-84, Hamilton Ave., Harpers Ferry Road and Reidville Drive to be implemented at time of blasts for safety reasons.

Waste Stockpile Area (WSA)

Trucking of controlled materials from WSA on Route 322 at Exit 28 to disposal facility (ongoing).
