Bridges

Bridge 4321 (Hamilton Avenue Bridge)

• Form and place rebar for bridge deck

Bridge 1226 (Harpers Ferry Road Bridge)

• Install fencing

Bridge 5774 (future WB I-84 bridge over Mad River)

• Apply membrane waterproofing on deck

Bridge 6591 (Future WB 25 on-ramp, west of Harpers Ferry Road)

• Partial demolition of old I-84 bridge and former EB 25 off-ramp bridge
• Excavation for abutment 2
• Temporarily relocate Mad River

Bridge 1228 (Scott Road Bridge)

• Rock blasting and excavation at abutment 1
• Form and pour abutment 2 stems, and center pier stems

I-84 Mainline

WB I-84

• Complete paving of new WB I-84 mainline (Night work)
• Stripe and prepare for traffic shift
• Pour median cap barrier

WB 25 off-ramp (former off-ramp to Scott Road)

• Install sanitary sewer

WB 25A on-ramp

• Install sound barrier wall
• Hang overhead signs

Miscellaneous work project wide

• Install median conduit, wires, and lights
• Install overhead sign foundations

Night Work (One-lane closures possible between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday nights)

• Pave WB I-84

Rock Blasting

Rock blasting to occur along the southwestern end of Scott Road Bridge: When I-84 needs to be stopped for safety reasons, blasting will occur on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Traffic stoppages on I-84, WB 25 off-ramp, Scott Road, Plank Road East, East Main Street and Reidville Drive to be implemented at time of blasts for safety reasons.

Waste Stockpile Area (WSA)/Temporary Reuse Stockpile Area (TRSA)

Trucking of controlled materials from WSA on Route 322 at Exit 28 to disposal facility (ongoing); Trucking excavated material to TRSA at Exit 30 WB.
