Bridges

Bridge 4321 (Hamilton Avenue over I-84)

• Form and pour pier 1 stem
• Excavate and pour pier 2 footing
• Construct abutment 2 backwall

Bridge 6590 (EB 23 on ramp)

• Post-tension pier cap
• Complete abutment backwalls
• Begin delivery of steel girders

Bridge 1224 (I-84 bridge over Mad River, western crossing)

• Form and pour WB parapet
• Excavate, form and pour western approach
• Place membrane waterproofing on EB 25 off ramp approach slab

Bridge 6284 (future EB 25 off ramp)

• Apply touch-up paint on girders

Bridge 1226 (Harpers Ferry Road Bridge)

• Install rebar on bridge deck
• Set deck finishing machine and test run

Bridge 1228 (Scott Road Bridge)

• Form and pour backwalls at abutment 1 & 2

Retaining Walls

Retaining Wall 118 (along EB I-84 east of Harpers Ferry Road and new culvert 1227)

• Excavate and place concrete for leveling pad
• Rig and set precast concrete blocks

Retaining Wall 119 (along WB I-84 east of Harpers Ferry Road)

• Excavate for, and form and pour leveling pad
• Rig and set precast concrete blocks

• Install overhead sign foundation
• Install drainage structures in front of Retaining Wall 119

I-84 East-end (from end of EB 25 on ramp to end of Project limits at Pierpont Road)

• Pave (night)

WB I-84 (Bridge 1224 vicinity)

• Cut and fill to subgrade

Local Roads

Reidville Drive

• Culvert 1227 (east of rock cut and under I-84) – Install wingwall ties for Retaining wall 118, and membrane waterproofing

Reidville Drive/Harpers Ferry Road/EB 25 off ramp

• Install temporary signalization at intersection
• Prepare and execute traffic shift, and open new intersection – Beginning Tuesday night, August 22, the I-84 eastbound exit 25 off-ramp and Reidville Drive will shift to their new alignment; the existing EB exit 25 off-ramp and western portion of Reidville Drive will close. East Main Street

• Install underground utilities – Scott Road vicinity (along northern side of East Main Street from commuter lot east of Scott Road intersection, to west of intersection) (Night)

Plank Road East (adjacent to existing WB 25 on ramp, along west end of Retaining Wall 106)

• Install temporary signalization at Plank Road East/Scott Road/WB 25 off ramp

Night Work

• Underground utilities installation – East Main Street
• Pave from end of EB 25 on ramp to end of Project limits at Pierpont Road

Waste Stockpile Area (WSA)/Temporary Reuse Stockpile Area (TRSA)

Trucking of controlled materials from WSA on Route 322 at Exit 28 to disposal facility (ongoing); Trucking excavated material to TRSA at Exit 30 WB.
