Beginning Tuesday night, August 22, the new I-84 eastbound (EB) exit 25 off-ramp and Reidville Drive, to Harpers Ferry Road, will shift to their new alignment; the existing EB 25 off-ramp and western portion of Reidville Drive will close.
The temporary entrance to the new I-84 EB exit 25 off-ramp will begin soon after I-84 EB crosses the Mad River’s western crossing, west of the ramp’s existing location, and continue over the new bridge, to the new intersection at Harpers Ferry Road. The intersection of Harpers Ferry Road, Reidville Drive, and EB exit 25 off-ramp will shift to the south, with signalization remaining the same:
If inclement weather causes postponement, the shift will take place the following night, on Wednesday, August 23.
This new traffic configuration will facilitate travel in the vicinity, and allow for continued construction of the I-84 future alignment.
