Bridge 4321 (Hamilton Avenue over I-84)

• Install deck rebar
• Install Gomaco deck machine dry run
• Place concrete deck

Bridge 1224 (I-84 over Mad River, western crossing)

• Install parapet EB 25 off ramp
• Mobilize for demolition of northern portion of bridge

Bridge 5774 (future I-84 over Mad River, eastern crossing)

• Rebar, form and pour footing abutment 2

Bridge 6284 (future EB 25 off ramp over Mad River)

• Install support towers for structural steel
• Prep for steel delivery

Bridge 1226 (Harpers Ferry Road over I-84)

• Form and pour abutment 1 stem

Bridge 1228 (Scott Road Bridge over I-84)

• Excavate for temporary earth retaining system abutment 1 (south of I-84)
• Form and pour abutment 2 footing (north of I-84)

Retaining Wall 108 (along I-84, east of WB 25 on ramp)

• Form and pour leveling pad

I-84 EB 23 Off Ramp (EB Exit 23 off ramp to Hamilton Ave)

• Pave ramp

WB Traffic Shift onto Bridge 1224 (I-84 bridge over Mad River, western crossing)

• Westbound I-84 traffic will be shifted to the outside, onto the newly constructed bridge (Bridge 1224) over the western crossing of the Mad River, east of Hamilton Avenue.

Median Reconstruction from Pierpont Road to WB 25 Off Ramp

• Full depth roadway excavation
• Install drainage

I-84 Exit WB 25 Off Ramp (Beaver Pond Brook/Scott Road)
Excavation/rock removal

Local Roads

Plank Road

• Install water/drainage
• Gas work at Plank Road/Harpers Ferry Road intersection

Reidville Drive

• Shift traffic at Culvert 003 (just east of the rock cut) over the newly paved southern half of the culvert (so the northern half can be constructed)
• One lane closed intermittently with alternating traffic
• Excavation and trucking of materials

Plank Road East (west of Scott Road Culvert 06622)

• Set wing wall blocks
• Form and pour wingwall leveling pad

Scott Road (Culvert 014 at Scott Road south of WB 25 off ramp)

• Install drainage and full-depth roadway at newly constructed eastern half of culvert
• Mobilize for traffic shift

Pipe Work

Scott Rd/East Main Street

• Install permanent and temporary drainage

Hamilton Avenue/Plank Road

• Install 18” water main

Rock Blasting

Rock blasting to occur along WB 25 off ramp/Scott Road.

When I-84 needs to be stopped for safety reasons, blasting will occur on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. When no traffic stoppage on I-84 is required blasting may occur Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Traffic stoppages on I-84, Scott Rd., and WB 25 off ramp to be implemented at time of blasts for safety reasons.

Night Work

Lane closure on I-84, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday nights for barrier, grading, drainage work, and traffic shift WB I-84 Bridge 1224.

Waste Stockpile Area (WSA)/Reuse Stockpile Area (RSA)

• Trucking of controlled materials from WSA on Route 322 at Exit 28 to disposal facility (ongoing).
• Trucking excavated material to RSA at Exit 30 WB
